Local Market Continues to Achieve Great Results

A luxury 3-bedroom apartment flowing over 4 levels with a roof terrace in Little Cove sold prior to Auction well in excess of 7 Million. This was a smart move by the savvy purchaser as competition for such prized locations is abundant.

There are several new Apartment developments being advertised with price tags in the $3 – $3.5 Million range. This price point is yet to be tested in these locations so agents and investors are watching eagerly to see if there is a market at that level.

The property boasts direct views of the Noosa Rivermouth and includes the use of a private jetty. The stunning property in its perfect location was bound to attract strong interest and we were not disappointed, nor were the sellers who achieved a fantastic result.

The team continues to see success in Noosa Waters. We closed a waterfront home in the high $4 Million range and a north-facing property in The Promontory also sold for over $6 Million. Both are great results for sellers but also outstanding buying for the purchasers who have acquired coveted lifestyle properties at a reasonable price given the current market.

Noosa Sound continues to demand multi-million dollar price tags. A basic, non-waterfront, original home in Key Court sold for just over $3 Million. This represents land value entry price for this highly sought-after location in close proximity to Noosa Main Beach, Hasting St and Noosa River.
